  1. INTERPRETATION AND DEFINITIONS
    The terms “Company,” “We,” “Us,” and “Our” refer to Rishta Wala. The term “User,” “You,” and “Member” refer to any individual accessing our website/application. “Service” refers to the online matrimonial matchmaking platform provided by Rishta Wala.
  2. NATURE OF SERVICE (INTERMEDIARY STATUS)
    2.1. Rishta Wala acts strictly as an online intermediary platform enabling Users to publish profiles and search for potential matrimonial alliances.
    2.2. Rishta Wala is NOT a marriage bureau, agent, or broker. We do not arrange marriages, promise matches, or guarantee the accuracy of any profile.
    2.3. The Company does not function as an investigatory body. We do not conduct background checks, police verifications, or medical screenings of any User.
  3. USER ELIGIBILITY AND VERIFICATION
    3.1. By using Rishta Wala, you represent and warrant that you are of legal marriageable age under the laws of Pakistan (18 years or older) and possess the legal authority to enter into this Agreement.
    3.2. Assumption of Risk: You acknowledge that Rishta Wala does not verify the identity, criminal background, financial status, or marital history of other Users. You agree to interact with other Users entirely at your own risk.
    3.3. It is the sole responsibility of the User to conduct all necessary due diligence, including background checks and family verification, before proceeding with any alliance.
  4. CODE OF CONDUCT AND PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES
    4.1. Users are strictly prohibited from soliciting money, demanding dowry, or engaging in any financial transaction with other Users. Rishta Wala shall not be liable for any financial loss incurred.
    4.2. Harassment, abusive language, stalking, or sharing obscene material is a violation of the Prevention of Electronic Crimes Act (PECA). Rishta Wala reserves the right to report such behavior to the Cyber Crime Wing of the Federal Investigation Agency (FIA).
    4.3. Users must not create fake profiles. Any misrepresentation of age, income, religion, or marital status will result in immediate termination and a permanent ban.
  5. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
    5.1. THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS. RISHTA WALA EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
    5.2. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, NOR DO WE GUARANTEE ANY SPECIFIC RESULTS (I.E., MARRIAGE) FROM THE USE OF THE SERVICE.
  6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY (CRITICAL CLAUSE)
    6.1. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL RISHTA WALA, ITS OWNERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
    (A) EMOTIONAL DISTRESS OR PERSONAL INJURY;
    (B) FINANCIAL LOSS OR FRAUD COMMITTED BY ANOTHER USER;
    (C) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO OR ALTERATION OF YOUR DATA;
    (D) ANY FAILED MARRIAGE OR BROKEN ENGAGEMENT RESULTING FROM THE SERVICE.
    6.2. RISHTA WALA’S LIABILITY SHALL UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY THE USER FOR THE SERVICE (IF ANY).
  7. INDEMNIFICATION
    You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Rishta Wala, its officers, directors, and employees from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney’s fees) arising from:
    (A) Your use of and access to the Service;
    (B) Your violation of any term of these Terms of Service;
    (C) Your violation of any third-party right, including without limitation any copyright, property, or privacy right.
  8. DISPUTES AND JURISDICTION
    8.1. Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.
    8.2. Exclusive Jurisdiction: Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in [Insert Your City], Pakistan. You hereby waive any objection to this venue.
  9. TERMINATION
    Rishta Wala reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate your access to the Service and delete your profile at any time, without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms.
  10. REFUND POLICY
    All membership fees paid to Rishta Wala are final and non-refundable. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to the termination of your account or your inability to find a match.
